Entry to Mountain Mayhem opens at midnight

UK's original 24-hour mountain bike enduro

This year's Mountain Mayhem is set to be better than ever

Entry to this year’s Original Source Mountain Mayhem 24-hour mountain bike enduro opens at midnight tonight. There are 2,650 places up for grabs, but previous events have quickly sold out.

This year’s race will start two hours earlier than usual, at noon on 18 June. Organisers are promising lots of exhibitors, shops and food to keep both racers and spectators – up to 15,000 of them are expected – happy.

The weekend will start with the Midsummer Madness run at 8.45pm on Friday, followed by a K9 Running event for dogs and a children’s Pyjama Party. On Saturday morning British Cycling will hold one of their Go Ride events, and to end the weekend there’s the Sunday Munch road sportive – a 50km or 100km ride around the Malvern Hills.
