Carbon specialists ENVE have announced details of a new five-year warranty policy on all their rims and components, effective immediately.
It protects the buyer from defects in materials or workmanship on the products from the date of purchase and complements their existing lifetime crash replacement policy, which offers 50 percent of a product's RRP should you be involved in a crash.
The US firm says it’s a statement that their wheels are built to last and shouldn’t just be the preserve of race day. It goes beyond the industry standard of two years, which ENVE operated under previously.
Joe Stanish, Vice President of Operations, stated: “Because we manufacturer 100 percent of our rims here in Ogden (Utah), we have the unique ability to control our tooling, manufacturing, and quality. This allows us to confidently offer this unique warranty to our customers".
