First new product from Brant Richards

The first product has rolled off the drawing boards at Shedfire, On-One founder Brant Richards' new venture, and we've got our grubby little mitts on it. It's a titanium riser handlebar he has designed for Nukeproof.

Named the Warhead Ti, this is no skinny cross-country bar. At a claimed 710mm (ours actually measures 722mm) it's wider than many downhill bars, but at a fraction of the weight – 227g.

It boasts three-piece construction, an oversize (31.8mm) clamp, 35mm rise, nine-degree backsweep and five-degree upsweep.

The titanium construction means it should be more durable than aluminium or carbon and lighter than steel, and with a hint of compliance to soak up trail buzz.

Of course, quality like this doesn't come cheap – RRP is £199.99. It's available in the UK through Hotlines.
