Yet again it seems that Fort William is going to escape the worst of the weather. We left behind a wet and windy Bristol on Friday morning and arrived on site to a combination of dark skies and bright sunshine.

The midges are out in force and we’re scratching ourselves silly whilst writing this in the media tent, just before our trip out on the famous downhill track to watch qualifying.
