Mountain biking’s fastest family, Gee, Rachel and Dan Atherton, are ready to share all their tricks and tips at their next Training Day on Saturday 19 December.
The course is aimed at all levels of riders and will be run on the purpose-built trails at Llandegla in North Wales.
Sessions are tailored to each rider’s needs, and it’s a great way to brush up on your basics or perfect some technique at the more extreme end of the skills spectrum.
