Giant have today launched three new bikes to join their current road lineup for 2013.

The new 0 is now the range topper of the Defy line, taking the crown from the 1, which was recently announced as Cycling Plus magazine's best road bike for £1,000. The 0 will share its frame with the 1 but features a majority of Ultegra components throughout its drivetrain – a step above the 1's mostly Shimano 105 transmission.

An all-new addition comes in the form of the Giant TCR SL, a lightweight road bike that Giant claim features the most advanced aluminium frame they've ever built.

There are two TCR SL models on offer, and both will feature an AluxX SL Ultralight-Edition grade framset, a composite fork and steerer and a Vector composite aero seatpost.

As with the Defy range, the difference between the two models is down to the drivetrain, with a choice of Shimano Ultegra or 105 on the TCR SL1 and TCR SL2 respectively.

Giant say all three of the new models will be arriving in one shipment, so availability is strictly limited. Reach your nearest Giant retailer sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
