With Sunday's flat course and calm winds, the riders of the Giro d'Italia choose their most aerodynamic gear to tear through the streets of Milan.

Canadian Ryder Hesjedal (Garmin-Barracuda) and his new Cervélo P5 took the overall victory away from Katusha's Joaquin Rodriguez and his pink-accented Canyon Speedmax CF.

Meanwhile, Vacansoleil-DCM's Thomas De Gendt climbed aboard the final step of the podium with a brilliant performance atop his Bianchi Pico Chrono.
