The luxurious streets of Monte Carlo, Monaco, will soon play host to what promises to be the 'most glamorous bicycle show on earth'.

The LikeBike Show will take place over next year's Easter weekend (3 to 5 April) and will showcase the industry's most exclusive and unique products and companies.

Few people can mention Monte Carlo without referring to its legendary street circuit, Circuit de Monaco. It's home to the Monaco Grand Prix and a highlight in the Formula One calendar since its introduction in 1929. The LikeBike Show has made the most of its location, and has organised a night race in advance of the event which will make use of a famous section of the Monaco circuit.

The NiteRace will be on 29 March, at the chicane after Monaco's legendary tunnel. It will take the format of a team relay Criterium and is open to amateur and professionals alike. Ahead of this, there will be an opportunity for riders to take e-bikes around the famous circuit.

Confirmed exhibitors include Italian superbike brand Scappa, Wiltshire-based wooden bike manufacturer Guapa and Swedish safety pioneers Hövding. A strong motorsport influence will also be evident among the exhibitors, with German tuning house AMG and Italian supercar manufacturers Lamborghini using the event to show off recent collaborations with bike firms.

Other, more bizzarre attendees include COFA Engineering, with its unusual mountain bike, Schiller's bicycle boat and even bicycles from Porsche.

Details on the event are scarce but we'll be posting updates as we get them.
