UK’s largest cycling exhibition returns to London’s ExCeL on February 23–25

The London Bike Show will return to ExCeL London this February, running from Friday 23 – Sunday 25. Advanced tickets are now available, with adult tickets priced at £16. This year’s show, which will be opened by Britain’s Greatest Olympian and Science in Sport ambassador, Sir Chris Hoy, will again bring a vast array of features, special guests and the latest gear from leading cycling brands to appeal to road, mountain bike, urban and family cyclists.

More than 300 brands will be in attendance, including Boardman Bikes, Orange Bikes, Cannondale, Cervelo, Wattbike, Science in Sport and many more of cycling’s biggest brands and retailers.

The Performance Theatre will be packed with guest speakers including top cyclists, athletes, coaches and others involved at the highest level. As well as Sir Chris Hoy, speakers include Chrissie Wellington and British Cycling’s latest protégé Tom Pidcock, with more guests announced ahead of time.

Sir Chris will also be meeting and greeting fans on the Science in Sport stand on Friday 23.

A full schedule for the theatre will be announced ahead of the show. Previous guests have included Rachel Atherton, Steve Peat, David Millar and Sir Dave Brailsford, among others.

This year’s Air to the Throne competition has been awarded Gold FMB World Tour status - London Bike Show

The UK’s biggest freeride mountain bike competition, Air to the Throne will also return in 2018.

This year’s competition has been awarded Gold FMB World Tour status, meaning this will be the first time the UK has hosted a competition at this level.

The planet’s best riders, including British No.1 Matt Jones and two-time Air to the Throne winner and World No.1, Nicholi Rogatkin, will be lining up against their biggest rivals aiming to take home the trophy, a share of the €15,000 prize purse and priceless FMB World Tour points.

From mountain biking to road cycling, the show has all disciplines covered. The Black Label Collection will host the finest road cycling brands, where visitors will be able to explore the latest bikes, frames, accessories, clothing and apparel.

Meanwhile, the Craft area is a further exciting new addition to the show. This will be a showcase and celebration of brands representing the uniqueness, craftsmanship and culture of cycling through bikes, accessories and art.

Also back for 2018 is the Tech & Innovation Lab, with the most innovative new products from a range of startup companies. As well as the hundreds of brands and loads of things to see, visitors will also be able to get on the saddle.

Visitors will be able to test a huge range of leading bikes in the Bike Arena, from road and commuter to electric models. Alongside the main test track will be a dedicated kid’s test track, where younger visitors can try out the latest bikes.

StreetVelodrome also returns, giving visitors the chance to get involved in the action-packed thrill of track cycling, in the world’s only pop-up velodrome. Suitable for all ages and abilities, you'll be able to go head to head with friends and family at one of the London Bike Show’s most popular attractions.

A ticket to the London Bike Show also gives visitors entry to the Triathlon Show: London and The Telegraph Travel Show.
