Italian bike builder Montante Cicli has produced a limited edition bicycle for Abarth, produced to mark the 50th anniversary of the Abarth 595, a car that was pivotal in the history of the Italian tuning house.

For the currently undisclosed retail price you'll get an Italian designed and made steel singlespeed machine complete with the unusual addition of a mechanical front disc brake. It's finished in Abarth's distinctive white and red livery, and also wears the company's iconic scorpion logo.

Just 50 examples will be produced and will soon be available from the Montante Cicli website.

This isn't the first special edition bike that Montante Cicli has produced. This Abarth model follows a limited edition bike commissioned by Maserati cars back in 2010.
