Windsurfing giants NeilPryde have been making waves with their Alize aero road bike – which we liked when we reviewed it earlier this year. They've now responded to demand in the time trial/triathlon market by offering a TT-specific seatpost for the Alize.

The 78° SL TT post gives the bike an effective 78-degree seat tube angle - much steeper than its standard 73-74.5 degrees. This allows you to move the saddle forward in order to adopt an aggressive position when combined with a set of clip-on aero bars.

The seatpost head (made by Ritchey) is designed for steel saddle rails, although this can be swapped for a carbon rail head. NeilPryde also confirmed to BikeRadar that they have a time trial bike on the way, but wouldn't reveal any more.
