RockShox has introduced the Paragon, a new 700c suspension fork intended to meet the needs of urban and trekking cyclists looking to take the edge off rough roads.

The Paragon has 65mm of air-sprung suspension travel and uses the RockShox Solo Air system to fine-tune the ride to the weight of the rider. The fork also has a lockout lever that can be flipped on when riding smooth roads. The Paragon is compatible with the RockShox handlebar-mounted remote lockout lever (sold separately).

The fork features a cable management system to provide a secure, concealed path from a dynamo hub up to the fork brace, where a headlight can be secured using an integrated mount.

RockShox worked with a number of light and fender manufactures, including B+M, Trelock, Supernova, Spanninga, Fuxon and SKS to develop products specifically designed to be paired with the new fork.

The Paragon has a claimed weight of 4.07lb (1,846g) and retails for US$253 / €225.
