Scott UK’s 2015 mountain bike range debuts at RedBull Racing’s headquarters in Milton Keynes

It’s not every day that you get invited to the headquarters of one of Formula 1’s most prestigious race teams, RedBull Racing. But that’s the exact location Scott UK chose as the perfect venue to show off their latest range of bikes, apparel and accessories.

With these new bikes about to hit dealers nationwide over the coming weeks, we headed over to check them out.

Scott Genius LT 700 Tuned

A true out-of-the-box enduro racer, the fully carbon Genius LT 700 Tuned is packed with the necessities for high octane and high Alpine action. The stiffer chassis and improved damping of the new Fox 36 Float forks are a welcome addition to the ’15 bike, retaining the popular Shimano XTR Trail brakes and SRAM X01 drivetrain from last year – £5,599.99

Scott Scale 700 RC

This is far more than just another carbon XC hardtail! The Scale 700 RC is a thoroughbred 650b specific race machine designed around a carbon frame that delivers 4.6mm of vertical compliance in the stays to help improve damping. The RockShox SID RL3 forks and SRAM XX1/ X01 groupset help round off this formidable race machine – £4,499.99

Scott Contessa Genius 700

Identifying the specific needs of today’s female mountain biker, the Contessa Genius has women’s specific geometry and thanks to the carbon frame and adjustable Twinloc suspension, is ready for what ever the trail throws your way – £3,899.99

Scott E-Spark 710

Regardless of what your opinion is, e-bikes are here and will only continue to be a growing element of the mountain bike market. Scott’s new E-Spark features a 250W Bosch and Shimano XT transmission mounted within a Fox CTD damped alloy frame and fork with 120mm of front and rear travel – £3,699.99

Scott Spark 730

Like the Genius, the Spark offers riders a plethora of on-the-fly adjustability, wrapped up in an XC friendly carbon main frame custom Fox forks and shock and an XT transmission – £2,599.99

Scott Voltage FR 710

The new and improved Voltage range takes creative gravity riding to a new level while arming the rider with the versatility and options Scott are known for including adjustable travel, wheel size and head angle – £2,999.99

Scott Gambler 710

Like a Swiss army knife, the Gambler 710 offers gravity riders a bike designed with versatility at it core. Featuring an adjustable BB height, wheelbase and headangle, the Gambler’s mountain crushing pedigree is clear – £4,799.99

Scott Genius 740

A trail bike for the rider looking to conquer the mountain with just one bike, the Genius 740 features Scott’s Twinloc technology allowing travel and geometry to be adjusted on the fly and neatly packaged into this 6061 Alloy frame and Fox damped chassis – £2,199.99
