This weekend, we want you to share your cycling photos with us as part of our #rideforCALM campaign.

All you need to do is use the #rideforCALM hashtag when posting your photos on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. We'll share our favourites here on BikeRadar.

#rideforCALM is in support of The Campaign Against Living Miserably. CALM is a leading movement against suicide – the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Calls to CALM's helpline rose 37% in the first week of the UK’s coronavirus lockdown – just £8 can fund one potentially life-saving call to the free and confidential helpline.

How to donate to #rideforCALM

CALM has seen a surge in calls to its free helpline since the UK's coronavirus lockdown began, with a 37% rise in the first week alone. £8 can fund one potentially life-saving call.

Any donation is welcome, big or small, via our JustGiving page.

Your weekend cycling photos can be indoors or outdoors, on any type of bike, on your own or with members of your household. We want to see how you use riding to improve your physical and mental health – we at BikeRadar are big believers in the power of cycling to boost both, particularly during the current coronavirus outbreak.

Above all else, please ride responsibly and stick strictly to your local government guidelines.

Like many other charities, CALM's fundraising activities have been severely impacted by the current Covid-19 crisis, when its support services are in high demand.

If you can donate as part of #rideforCALM, please do so via our JustGiving page.
