World downhill champion Steve Peat will officially open Stif's new bike store in North Yorkshire next Saturday (6 February).

Visitors will be able to see the latest 2010 kit from the likes of Pace, Orange, Santa Cruz, Yeti, Scott, Niner, Mojo, Hope, Fox and SIS. Over 20 demo bikes will be available, and there will be guided rides throughout the day.

Hot food, coffee and cake will also be available at the store in Summerbridge, near Harrogate, and there'll be special offers and giveaways. For more information, visit www.stif.co.uk/grandopening or check out Stif's short film.

Stif, which started as a windsurfing shop before branching out into cycling, recently moved to the new site near Stainburn Forest after 25 years in Headingley, Leeds. It was the original UK importer for many top US mountain bike brands, including Paul Components, Grafton, Camelbak and Santa Cruz.
