Beginning April 1st, TF Tuned will become the UK and Ireland authorised service and warranty centre for all DT Swiss products.
“Bringing DT Swiss into our product portfolio underlines our commitment to provide high quality suspension servicing to both existing and new customers,” said TFT’s owner Ian Kennedy.
TFT is already the UK warranty and service centre for Cane Creek and Cannondale. TFT offers a ‘same day’ suspension servicing turnaround, and last year serviced more than 5,000 suspension units, including those from Fox, RockShox and Marzocchi.
TFT’s technicians recently traveled to Switzerland for DT Swiss for training at their facility in Biel.
TF Tuned will be providing service and warranty on all DT Swiss suspension products as well as offering a full factory wheel rebuild, truing and warranty service for the DT wheels.
