The Atherton Project, a web video series filmed by renowned mountain bike film producer Clay Porter, follows the famous siblings as they compete in the 2010 UCI World Cup and World Championships.
In the sixth episode of The Atherton Project, Gee swaps two wheels for one and rides a wheelbarrow through a field – towed at (literally!) breakneck speed by a quad bike.
The team then heads to Leogang, Austria for round four of the Mountain Bike World Cup, with the Athertons still on a high from FortWilliam. Some huge crashes from Rachel in qualifying cause her to wonder if she’s pushing a bit too hard – then it all goes wrong during her race run. Meanwhile Gee’s World Cup rivalry with Greg Minnaar continues.
