When he's not working as a mountain bike guide for Cumbria-based CycleActive, Jon Chalmers likes to film himself and his mates out on the trails of the Lake District.
In this clip he indulges in some all-mountain action on the routes around UIlswater and Helvellyn with fellow CycleActive instructor Rich Barnard.
There are plenty of unusual camera angles to spice things up, plus some nasty looking rocky descents and bemused ramblers to keep the pair on their toes.
