New Zealand’s downhill star Sam Blenkinsop (Lapierre International) recaps his 2011 season, which hit the heights at the World Championships in September.
The 23-year-old didn’t quite have the season he’d hoped for at the start, but an impressive ride at a rain-soaked Champery secured Blenkinsop a bronze medal behind Damien Spagnolo (France) and Danny Hart (Great Britain). From the World Cup season opener in Pietermaritzburg to the his podium in Champery, the video below sees Blenkinsop dissect his year.
