With a 10 litre capacity (47x22x14cm), this bag is big enough to carry the essentials for a quick blat in the hills, day ride, or commute.
The tough-mesh shoulder straps allow air through and offer tons of adjustment, as do the waist and chest straps that help to hold it perfectly steady. None are padded but you’re unlikely to carry enough in a bag this size to need it.
Padded inserts on your back keep it comfortable and don’t get heavy when you sweat, while reflective piping helps get you noticed at night.
Although not waterproof, it’ll cope with a shower, and it’s hardwearing too.
It has an internal sleeve, clips for using a hydration bladder (not included), zipped pockets inside and out, mesh pockets on the sides, key clips, a grab handle on top... and it still manages to hit the scales at a reasonable 555g.
