One of the best between-the-bar setups on the market

Profile Design’s latest aero drinks system consists of a sturdy, width-adjustable plastic bar mount that secures with velcro straps, a cage that will hold any standard bottle securely and a computer mount that can be slid backwards and forwards.

The supplied aero bottle (also available separately for £19.99/US$32.49) holds an impressive 828ml and has a screw-on nose cone for easy cleaning, a flip-top lid for on-the-go refilling and an aero shroud into which a simple plastic straw – easily cut to length – is squeezed.

We’ve had no problems with shifting, twisting or on-the-road bottle ejection, and the computer mount is well placed, out of the wind behind the bottle.

The only downside is that this level of adjustability and security comes at the cost of the system weighing 168g (not including the bottle).
