Gemini’s Olympia is a usefully powerful and reliable light with epic run times for the money.
The three-LED head fits any size of bar with a selection of O-rings, and helmet and head strap (useful for camping and late-night race prep) mounts are included. The battery is small enough to mount easily on most bikes too.
It’s not the brightest ‘2,000-lumen’ light, but the beam mixes decent peripheral coverage with plenty of central detail and reasonable reach.
The output of the three power levels is easily tunable. There's a flash setting between the low and high modes, which is a bit irritating, and another downside is that there’s no output indicator or life display besides a low warning. Having said that, the Olympia 2100's huge run times mean the latter is not an issue on the trail.
The reliability of all Gemini lights that we've had on long-term test has been excellent too.
