Very light but some mounting issues and performance doesn't match high price

Niterider have revamped their lights, boosting performance and prices to the top level. This Flight unit uses the standard 10W Welch Allyn head for ample bluey white lighting, while three different diminishing outputs eke out energy. A 'beard' of small LEDs kicks in for emergency 'get you home' survival.

The small, flat battery weighs very little yet has a good length life. An 11hr (full power) MOAB battery version is available for £650. The battery indicator light and a recharge time of an hour and a half are really handy, and you can buy an optional tail light. The bar mount is adjustable but overbuilt and the forward helmet mount strains your neck. Unless you really prize the low weight, pricing is high for overall performance too.
