Our review
Impressively punchy when arranged right, but short life and restrictive operation

Niterider’s MiNewt micro light family has loads of options and this twin pack can give a surprisingly high performance.

While its quoted 400 lumen power is relatively tame, the tight spot and not-much-wider flood can be aimed to give a really impressive punch.

If set up right, there’s enough peripheral glow for twisty tracks. The tiny forged head units with simple O-ring mounts and small battery keep weight low and fitting easy, and MiNewt reliability has always been good.

The ‘glow ring’ life indicators on the lamps help you manage the fairly short battery life. The lack of a spare cable and splitter is frustrating though.
