Good beam pattern but let down by cold colour and durability issues

T his is one of those ‘so close’ lights, but it suffers from several problems. The LEDs are way too cold in colour (blue-ish), which does nothing for its ability to let the human eye see contrast and depth, despite bumping up the claimed lumens figure of 480.

The beam pattern is pretty good though. The USB socket cover pulled out far too easily (it broke); the battery level/charge indicator stopped working, then started again and so on; the side visibility ‘windows’ need to be brighter and/or larger, and the clunky old-school mount fasteners rust because they’re not stainless.
