Well made, and for the intended purpose a pretty good lock

The Abus Bordo’s parallelogram setup is a neat, compact folding design which puts convenience above all-out security. For a quick stop where your bike’s in sight it’s fine – better in fact than most aimed at this purpose.

As a main source of security though, it’s not quite so good. We were able to pop one of the rivets out of the Bordo in just over 46 seconds.

If you’re looking for an easily-carried lock to use quickly at a cafe stop, the Bordo's multi-link design enables both a good sized opening and small packing/carrying size.

The mount bracket affixes with quick straps making it ideal for times when you need to use a lock quickly and don't want it permanently attached to your bike.
