Our review
Use as a visual deterrent only. It does have a neat light and bracket

The Abus Raydo is so similar to the RSP Aura we wonder who ‘inspired’ who. The Raydo has the same light function, the same four-digit combination, is the same length and shares the same neat web ratchet bracket, which we like, although it’s more expensive in its Abus guise.

How does it fare under attack? Not well. In under four seconds we’d severed the Raydo. To be fair, Abus makes no claims that the Raydo is a high security item and rates it very low on its own scale – and any lock is better than none. But be under no illusions that locks of this type offer anything but a visual deterrent.
