Gustav Erik Larsson won the prologue of Paris-Nice using one of these BBB Tribase helmets, beating none other than Bradley Wiggins. It weighs 390g and comes in two sizes, and if you’re in doubt about fit we’d recommend the larger one.
It suffers in the ventilation department, having just four slits at the front and no exhaust vents, and the tail is closed in as well. Adjustability and fit are good, though. At several hundred pounds less than some other aero helmets, the Tribase is a solid bet.
