Slightly restricted movement but a great choice for the depths of winter

These gloves feel instantly warm. They're made from a tight fleece fabric with a Gore Windstopper layer laminated in the middle to block out the breeze. They feel thick and movement is slightly restricted compared to thinner gloves, but the payoff is the extra warmth and if you suffer from cold hands they're definitely worth considering.

Chiba is a renowned German glove maker and the quality of the Windstopper Gel is typically high. The performance from the Gore Windstopper membrane is tried and trusted. It blocks out the freezing wind, is breathable and will withstand a reasonable wetting without letting water through to the inner.

The synthetic leather palm is a stretch fit and features a gel pad located at the seat of the palm. There are plenty of quality features for the money and although thicker than most of the others, they still manage to feel light. A great choice for the depths of winter.
