Mavic’s stealthy black Single Track gloves are subtle numbers for performance-hungry riders. The thin Clarino palm has minimal padding and is ergonomic, making them very comfortable.
The small pad on the heel of the hand doesn’t get in the way but offers protection in involuntary get-offs. The fit is excellent, and although they offer minimal protection, the vented rubber knuckle protects you from thorns and the articulated fingers fit well.
The rubber detail on the braking fingers is durable and effective. Our only gripe is that the hook-and-loop cuff can snag on branches – we prefer it when these are located under the wrist.
