Our review
Tough, well fitting and cooling, though not ideal for worst trail conditions

Raw Sports had a massive following back in the day, and the Action V gloves are their re-entry into mountain biking.

The fit is great, thanks in part to the gloves’ simplicity. The thin, one-piece palm is cut superbly and external finger seams make the V Rides super comfortable.

These are some of the only gloves we’ve tried with a Velcro closure that stays firmly closed. The Velcro itself is fine enough that it doesn’t snag on other bits of clothing. The cuff still provides a good amount of wrist coverage, too.

The stretchy upper of the glove is great, and kept our hands cool enough when it was hot, but we’d be happy to wear the V Rides in all but really minging weather. We’ve been using them for a good few months and they’re refusing to fall apart.

You may not love the huge logo, but that aside these gloves are top banana.
