The gilet is essentially a sleeveless version of Le Col’s winter jacket with the standard three pockets in the lower back along with an extra zipped one back there and another on the chest.
It’s heavy-duty but won’t pack down nearly as small as some windproof options if the temperature warms up – which is why we think this is the weakest item of Le Col clothing we’ve tried.
