Impressive windproof with some good design details

With its lightweight Windstopper fabric, this gilet shields you well from chill autumn and even winter air, although the mesh back means it's not best suited to the very coldest days.

It shrugs off showers and the high, fleece-lined neck blocks the breeze. We find the exterior baffle curious but it stays in place fine while a chin guard stops the zip from scratching. You get a drawcord around the hem, decent-sized reflectives and a small zipped pocket while a flap in the lower back lets you reach through to your jersey pockets too. >
