The Hummvees are a flattering length, but still cool due to the mesh panel behind the knee. The liner has a good pad and is removable for short trips, or can be replaced with your favourite shorts.

The fabric is tough and fairly light, and they’re quite slim fitting, so you might need to go up a size if your thighs are muscular. All in all these are feature packed, practical shorts that offer a good alternative to Lycra.
