Basic looking but comfortable, with good features and a great fit

Sombrio's light mid-length (just above the knee) shorts are plain to look at, but have some great technical features.

The cut works well on the bike without looking strange off it – perfect for this type of short. There are also two pockets cut in diagonally on the thigh of the right leg, which are big enough for a wallet or energy bar.

The waistband has adjustable Velcro tabs to get the fit just right and there’s a three-inch deep band of wicking fabric on the inside to keep things comfy. All the internal seams are flatlocked too, which helps the material feel comfortable against your skin.

They Lowlines are unpadded, though, so you will need to add a pair of liners or Lycra shorts underneath for longer jaunts. In all, simple looking yet technical shorts.
