Expensive, but worth every penny if you're putting in serious miles on the trail

Thanks to its rip-stop fabric, the Gustov short manages to feel light yet substantial from the moment you put it on.

The pockets – which include capacious cargos – are plentiful, and when you think there’s no more room for any more technicalities you’ll discover front vents in the pocket seams.

The shape is great and there’s an easy waist adjustment that allows you to fine-tune the fit. Once you’ve tweaked for personal preference you’re set to go and go – because really there’snothing to cause an irritating presence even on an all-day ride.

The liner too, is excellent, with a quality chamois that isn’t the afterthought that liners often are. The quiet style is a further bonus (of course you care).
