Castelli's Kiss pad is among our favourites - it's stretchy and has numerous ventilation channels, while the variable thickness keeps the bulk down and comfort high.
The Thermoflex fabric used here is essentially a roubaix-type material and Castelli has made the most of its warmth by cutting the bib section to cover your entire back and sides. The simple zig-zag elastic leg-grippers are a bit low rent but they work okay and some of the key leg seams are flat-stitched so they don't rub. It's a shame there are no reflectives though. >
