Warm with nice details and price, though the 2D chamois is a letdown

The three-stripe brand boasts its 'body mapping' concept, which aims to keep your body temperature at 37º no matter what the weather. These tights employ ClimaWarm fabric, Adidas' dedicated cold-weather material. This fabric with a brushed interior is used throughout the whole tight and does a good job of keeping you very warm while still allowing moisture transfer.

The chunky waist is 4cm tall, elasticated, and surprisingly comfortable. We only wish that the front section of the chamois was similarly comfortable. The whole tight is made of panels stitched together with flatlock seams which are very easy on your skin. The ankle sections have a side zip, and on the lower left leg there are the famous Adidas stripes in reflective material. There are also reflective logos on the left thigh and buttock, so basically you're only visible on your left side - useful for riding on the continent, but an oversight for the British market.
