The Sportive tights are incredibly light when you consider that the front is made from Windstopper material. Even when on they look simple and uniform - only the Windstopper logo gives away their performance pedigree.
These front panels work best at higher speeds where wind chill is a bigger issue. The elasticated waist has a flat front panelled section, which we appreciated. The Advanced Lady seat insert was very comfortable and kept a low, discreet profile.
Multiple panels include an articulated knee section, while the reflective strips near the ankle neatly conceal an invisible zip which faces sideways. Although this is complemented by the reflective Windstopper logos to the front, there is nothing reflective to the rear - we think there should be on winter tights. A subtle zipped outside back pocket will snugly fit a compact mobile phone.
