The Nikes feature a superb, articulated shape that perfectly suits a biking position. Unlike most tights that revert to a straight waistband, these dip down lower in the front to get out of the way, while the back comes up enough to keep you covered.
The tights feature a mixture of fabrics for a better fit and comfort, including warm fleecy back panels, thinner stretchy sections behind the knee and, of course, windproof full front coverage.
For windproof tights, they are very supple too, even though they make a slight crinkle noise when you pedal. They’re great for faster riding in the cold when you’re generating a lot of windchill, though they’re not the warmest tights we’ve tried. There’s a drawstring to refine the fit, zips at the ankles with reflective piping and silicon leg grippers.
