Chris King Mountain bottom bracket review

Given the legendary reputation of their headset bearings, Chris King have been cautious about putting their name to a product that’s notoriously hard to get right, but their external bearing unit has proved pretty smooth so far.

We’ve been running one in England’s Peak District since the start of the year, and so far the proprietary sealed bearings are running silky smooth. The Grease Injection tool (£TBC) provides easy in-situ servicing, although we’ve not needed it yet.
