Reynolds Ouzo Pro review

Reynolds Ouzo Pro review

While Californian based Reynolds Composites have a Lite and Aero version in the Ouzo Pro range this is the standard model. Reynolds forks are very popular at the high end of the market.

Our review
Good offset options but dated in terms of weight

While Californian based Reynolds Composites have a Lite and Aero version in the Ouzo Pro range this is the standard model. Reynolds forks are very popular at the high end of the market and appear on, among others, Merlin titanium bikes.

While not the lightest on test the quality of construction is among the very best and the close, dense weave of the carbon on the steerer makes it an exceptionally tough and dependable fork. The cost includes a titanium Allen key, brake nut and in an internal expanding bung.

Our thoughts are at odds with the lab test as they are a great balance of stiffness and fore and aft compliance. Available in integrated and aheadset versions, plus inch or oversized steerer tubes. There's a year's warranty against manufacturing defects and three offsets (4.0cm, 4.3cm and 4.5cm) in the oversized 1 1/8in version.
