Our review
Supple, decent in the weight stakes and enables you to corner hard

We loved Marzocchi’s titanium sprung 55RC3. The Switch Micro is almost as smooth and has more mid-stroke support and travel adjust to target the enduro race market.

The low-pressure air spring is less sensitive than the coil sprung version but it’s still supple over small chatter or big blocks. The tweaked TST damping is more supportive, so when you load the bike hard through rough corners, exits are sharper and faster.

The air spring makes it slightly more progressive and it’s easier to adjust for rider weight. There’s no high-speed compression adjustment, but there’s a low-speed compression adjuster on the lockout lever. Travel change is easily flickable too.

2,330g is a fair weight for a 120-160mm (4.7-6.3in) fork, Marzocchi reliability has been excellent lately, and there’s a three-year warranty.
