Mudlovers inner cables come already sheathed in protective tubes that run inside the outers for the whole length of the inners. They're slippery smooth in operation, the outers are tough and easy to cut and there's enough outer to equip full cable runs for gears and brakes.
The light aluminium cable end caps are more basic than those supplied with some other sealed cable sets, without the extra tube sheaths to double-seal from dirt ingress, but the tubes that protect the inners are enough in all but the filthiest of riding conditions. For only £18 a set, we’re not moaning.
