Accurately-machined anodised bling for your fixie

Their price puts these 7075-T6 aluminium track sprockets in Dura-Ace territory. Their distinguishing feature is that they’re anodised gold, black, blue or red.

We tested red because everyone knows it’s fastest! Like black and blue, red only comes in 1/8in in 16, 17 and 18T while gold also comes in 3/32in and in 15 and 19T.

The sprocket’s shoulder is a fairly standard width so shouldn’t upset your chainline – ours was spot on – and the thread was cut after anodising so it fitted easily.

We doubt the alloy Velosolo cog will wear as well as the Dura-Ace, which is chromoly, but that’s the only downside.
