The new Charge Sponge grips only use half of the plastic inner sleeve from the original Charge grips, and the ribbed underside and fine diamond patterned top side offer a great sense of grip and control.
This keeps the rider’s hands as close to the handlebar as they could possibly be – great if you’ve got small hands and need a really thin grip, or really like to feel every last vibration (some do).
If you’ve got large hands, ride very rough trails or prefer maximum comfort from a grip, then you'd best look elsewhere.
