We loved the previous Hell Bent low riser, but this time recent changes haven’t helped unless you want a really soft ride.
The shape is still great, with an almost flat centre but a long, gradual lift carries on rising and sweeping right back to the tips. This gives it a naturally relaxed feel, but it’s super flexy. This is great for long haul comfort but really doesn’t help when you’re trying to hold a tough line or heaving onto a new one.
They are strong though, with both end reinforcement and a gripper panel in the centre.
