The Team bar is a fairly typical anatomic shape that's well suited to competitive cycling.
That is, flat hand-holds on the drops and a top-bend that curves away gradually to give plenty of clearance for the wrists when the rider launches into a sprint on the drops, plus good stiffness. The Team uses triple-butted 7050 grade alloy and a short backward reach when rested on the drops that's similar to those of the FSA range. It's compatible with 31.8mm oversized stems and the weight is a very reasonable 240g.
