Woodman Saturn review

Woodman Saturn review

This headset uses a cartridge bearing for lateral (side-to-side) loads and a roller bearing for vertical loads. A carbon top cap weighing just 4g helps to offset the weight of the bearings but its durability makes it a firm recommendation for tourists.

Superb piece of design and engineering, this one's good for tourers

This headset uses a cartridge bearing for lateral (side-to-side) loads and a roller bearing for vertical loads. A carbon top cap weighing just 4g helps to offset the weight of the bearings but its durability makes it a firm recommendation for tourists. The labyrinth seal is highly effective in protecting the bearings from the corrosive effects of moisture and the stack height is a surprisingly compact 29mm. It's available in 1in and 1/18in diameters, and comes in various colours. Paul Vincent
