Great all-round performance, super-easy entry and easy to service

Straight from the box these are great pedals. They work the other way around from traditional clip-in pedals – the locking mechanism is open when you’re not clipped in, snapping closed when you stand on it. It requires very little force to clip-in, and the cleat self-locates.

The cleat design has improved greatly over the original i-Clic; more substantial pontoons make them easier to walk in and much longer lasting. The release can feel a little inconsistent when new, but this feeling soon wears off as they wear in. Their well sealed and smooth bearings are also easy to service.
